The idea behind this project is to provide the practicing surgeon with a strong historical perspective and a balanced view of the current role of radical cancer surgery, including all of the stages that emerged after the improvement of other treatments and diagnostic modalities. Articles will include explorations of the radical surgical techniques for cancers of the pancreas, breast, neck, esophagus as well as for urologic and gynecologic malignancies.
