The In Clinical Practice series aims to provide expert information at your fingertips - concise handbooks organised in a straightforward way. The series is designed to meet the needs of GPs, junior doctors, practice nurses and other primary care providers. The books will provide the reader with authoritative and accessible information from clinical experts in the field, to assist with treatment decisions.
Each volume will consist of approximately 128 pages of traditional text followed by approximately 6 clinical cases. The text will be complemented by a novel artwork program and pull out physician quotes to highlight key points in the text. Both of these features were pioneered for the Management of Cardiovascular Risk series edited by Drouin and Liu .
