Providing information on active substances with their synonyms, chemical structures, and formulas, proprietary names, and manufacturers, Index Nominum is the internationally recognized standard reference work on medicinal drugs.
Completely revised and updated and now in its 18th edition, it includes monographs for 4,500 active substances and their derivatives. The clear layout and visual aids give the reader all the essentials at a single glance including the names of trade preparations in almost every country of the world. In addition, indications, the WHO ATC codes, CAS numbers, molecular formulas and masses, and structural formulas are included.
