Description
Crash Course Neurology reflects the way in which students will deal with patients in real-life situations. First, it takes the student through the common patient presentations associated with neurological disease and their differential diagnoses. Part II considers the history and the examination of the patient with a neurological disorder. This is followed by guidelines on how to write up a medical clerking and a consideration of the common neurological investigations. Part III takes the conditions outlined in Part I and considers them in much more detail, looking at background information and management plans. Multiple choice, short-answer and case-based questions make up Part IV and allow the student to assess their understanding and test their performance after having studied the text.
