Form

We offer e-books in the most commonly used file formats: pdf, epub, mobi (currently available formats are given in the e-book description). Free programs (e.g. Adobe Reader), most web browsers and e-book readers (e.g. Kindle) are used to view e-books. Although e-books have been checked for correct display on the most popular applications/devices (Adobe Reader, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Kindel, Pocketbook), the publisher does not guarantee their correct display on all available programs or readers. Correct display of e-books may also depend on the scale (not every magnification allows for correct display).

Delivery

We deliver purchased e-books immediately (within 1 hour) after payment, in the form of:

- by e-mail (in the form of an attachment or an active link to download the e-book yourself)

- by sharing files on the user's account, after logging in to our service, in the "my e-books" tab (the download link will be active for 12 months from the moment of purchase)

Copyright

The e-book files have been provided with the buyer's data and are intended for their exclusive use. Copyright prohibits their publication and further sharing (in whole or in part) and its violation is subject to criminal and financial liability. Any modification of the source code of the e-book files is also prohibited.

Complaints

If you have not received your purchased e-book:

- check your mail folders such as: "spam" or "other" or "purchases"

- log in to your account on our website and check the "my e-books" tab

- go to the "order history and details" tab and check the payment status of the e-book order (e-book files are only available for orders with the status "payment accepted")

- if the above actions did not work - contact us

If the e-book file does not display correctly: update the e-book viewing application, use a different file format or another application. If the e-book file is damaged, use a different file format or contact us.

Returns

By purchasing an e-book, the customer agrees to the immediate (after payment) sharing of its content, which is associated with the loss of the right to return. If an e-book, audiobook or other computer program has been made available to the buyer (in the form of a file or active link) – the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract (return).
