This edition of Mastery of Your Anxiety and Panic:: Brief Six-Session Version for Primary Care and Related Settings, Workbook, outlines a time-limited treatment for those dealing with panic disorder and agoraphobia. Developed for use with patients who seek treatment from a primary care provider, this guide is based on the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The program described can be delivered by a general practitioner or other health or mental health careprovider in primary care or related settings in up to six sessions.
