Neck Pain: Causes, Diagnosis & Management

Neck pain is often caused by numerous spinal problems including inflammation, muscular tightness in both the neck and upper back, and pinching of the nerves emanating from the cervical vertebrae. Various head and neck lesions such as neck infections can also induce neck pain.
